UTRGV Harlingen Collegiate High (HCH) is an HCISD specialized dual enrollment school that allows students to earn up to two years of college credit at no cost through a unique partnership with the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV).
Students can focus studies on four general pathways: Education, Engineering, Computer Science, and the College Academic Core.
