HCISD Information Technology Project Request Form
The Harlingen CISD Information Technology Project Request (ITPR) form exists to ensure campuses/department requestors follow a standardized process for IT requests in support of our technology and data integration planning.
The Information Technology Project Request form is to be completed by district personnel who will be implementing a software program. Please refer to the link below to review the processes and outcomes associated with this form. The company's Data Confidentiality Agreement is required to be on file with our department prior to any data integration.
Harlingen CISD Confidentiality Agreement
Below is the District's confidentiality agreement that needs to be filled out by Vendors that will be receiving student and / or staff data. Some Vendors may already have a confidentiality agreement which can submitted in lieu of the District's agreement. The Vendor will not need to submit the District's confidentiality agreement if their Vendor's agreement is approved.
The below document is in MS Word format and can be downloaded and filled out on a local PC. The document will need to be signed by both a company's representative and as well as the District' administrator requesting the data integration.
