Submit Print Request using Eduphoria's FormSpace.

1. Login to Eduphoria

2. Click on FormSpace Module

3. To submit a new form, click Submit New Form in the bottom left 

4. Click on General folder

5. Click on Request for Printing form

6. Complete form and then click on Submit Form at the top
