Hello! My Name is Hector Castaneda Jr. I am the Varsity Swim Head Coach for Harlingen South Swim Team, Coakley Middle School Swim Team, Vela Middle School Swim Team. I have eight years swimming experience and I'm in my third year coaching with HCISD. I am a graduate of Harlingen South class of '09.  During my senior year of high school I earned community service hours assisting the HAT swim program.  I have a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Texas Pan American. I have the following certifications: First Aid, CPR/AED and a teaching certification. Go HAWKS! We are a Step Above and Beyond!
